About me...
Hi! I’m Nicole D’Andrea, and I’ve devoted my career to understanding what truly makes a boutique fitness or yoga studio profitable, so you don’t have to waste years figuring it out on your own.
I’m not a coach who sold their studio and moved on — I’m in it with you. As an active studio owner in 2025, I bring real-time insight into what’s working right now, in a post-pandemic, oversaturated, and rapidly evolving industry. Things have changed, and we need new systems to match.
My approach blends lived experience with deep training: I’m a MINDBODY-Certified Business Consultant, Certified Fix This Next Advisor, and Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach. I’ve worked with hundreds of studio owners, across markets and models, and I know there’s no one-size-fits-all path to success.
But here’s what I do believe: the traditional way of doing things in our industry has failed most studio owners. Too many are undercharging, overworking, and barely scraping by — and I’m here to help change that.
