Hi! My name's Nicole D'Andrea. I've devoted my career to learning what it takes to run a successful, profitable boutique fitness studio business so that you don't have to.
I walk my talk - my consulting work is informed by my lived experience as a yoga studio owner NOW - leading up to 2024. Things are different in a post-pandemic landscape.
There's no one-size-fits all approach, so in addition to leveraging my insights from my own biz, I'm also a MINDBODY-Certified Business Consultant, a Certified Fix This Next Advisor and a Martha Beck Wayfinder Life Coach. I'm highly trained in our industry's best practices.
